I have the new 32GB itouch 2g and I have the 8.1 itunes in English yet because taiwan has no music, movies or tv show downloads i go to the USA site, but they say go back home to Taiwan itunes everytime!!! Is there a way to fix this or am I screwed???

i want to see a 15,if i get my sister to buy the tickets online can me and my friends go see the film or will we still get stopped if we look underage?
